Day 29 Chinese man
Has it really been 10 days since my last picture post? Yikes. Today I almost left the house without my camera. I am so happy I turned around and fetched it. On my way to work I pulled over to snap pictures of the finger of fog coming into the bay. The best vantage point was here next to this man. In his hands are bells. He made the bells chime the whole time I was taking in the scenery with my camera. Before leaving I asked to take his picture. He thanked me as I left, I bowed and thanked him. As beautiful as the landscape was, this was my favorite photo. So many stories could be taken from this shot. I will not forget the remarkable sound of those bells which made the moment so special.
It's late and I need more sleep, will catch up on my lessons and postings over the weekend.

Day 24 Calla lilly
I picked this Calla lilly from my back yard and once in the vase realized how incredible the shape is. I took out my lights, set everything up and shot 105 pictures of it. The curly cue at the end looks like a swan type creature leading it's grand chariot.
Finished Scott Kelby's light it, shoot it, retouch it class part1 and read his blog.

Day 23 Making Friends in the Shed
This vine is making friends with the rake. Weird how climbing plants do that. I tried to set off the green to make the vine part of the gang.
Light it, shoot it, retouch it. Kelby training finished part 1
